Hamid Reza Hassani is an Ontario-licensed Barrister & Solicitor, Notary Public, and the Founder of Hassani Lex Professional Corporation, operating as HiLex. His practice is grounded in Canadian legal education and informed by broad experience in legal, regulatory, and administrative matters.

He completed his advanced legal education in Canada at the Université de Montréal, earning two Master’s degrees, including a Master’s degree in Comparative Common Law and Business Law in a Global Context. His Canadian academic training forms the foundation of his legal practice and informs his work across immigration, administrative, and regulatory matters.

Before his call to the Ontario Bar, Mr. Hassani lawfully and professionally engaged in immigration-related work in Canada, gaining hands-on experience with immigration processes and administrative decision-making. Prior to relocating to Canada, he developed a strong professional background in Iran through senior legal and governance roles, including serving as a Legal Officer and board member of a national aviation professional association and as Legal Manager of a large aviation-related complex, where he was responsible for contractual and compliance-related matters. He also represented airline employees in governmental job classification and labour-related committees.

This combination of Canadian legal training and international professional experience enables Mr. Hassani to provide clear, practical, and well-reasoned legal guidance to individuals, families, and businesses.
